How Payment Works
All services are invoiced separately by project or task. After we agree on scope, you'll receive a clear itemized invoice — payable securely online via your invoice link. Fixed-price packages may also be initiated with a deposit paid directly below. Hourly work is invoiced upon completion with an itemized summary. Payment plans available on projects over $1,500 (50% at start / 50% at delivery).

Ongoing updates and maintenance are invoiced at the tier matching the work performed.

An optional monthly plan for clients who need regular updates, monitoring, and ongoing support without managing it themselves.
Optional Monthly Maintenance Enrollment
For clients who require recurring updates, content changes, performance monitoring, or other ongoing site maintenance, a monthly maintenance plan is available. Enrollment in the plan allows work to be prioritized and keeps your ongoing costs lower than ad-hoc hourly billing.
The monthly rate is based on the scope and frequency of services rendered — it may go up or down from the base rate depending on what your site needs. Contact us to discuss what level of support fits your situation.

Typically within 5 business days of deposit receipt. Smaller tasks (Basic/Standard hourly work) are often started within 1–2 days.
Do I own the files when we're done?
Absolutely. Upon final payment, you receive all files, code, credentials, and content. No vendor lock-in, ever.
