  • Financial & Transaction Records: Details of payments processed via Stripe (including date, amount, and payer name) must be retained for at least 7 years to comply with IRS tax regulations and financial auditing requirements.
  • Security Logs: Basic server logs and security-related data used to protect our website from malicious activity are retained for a limited period.

6. Timeframe for Deletion

We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete, or an explanation if certain data must be retained for the reasons listed above.
